The new commercial from Qatar Airways is just about perfect.

The new commercial from Qatar Airways, in which they imagine an FC Barcelona nation, is not only the best soccer commercial of the year, it might be the best commercial of the year, period.
In the commercial, a Qatar Airways flight attendant flies into the imaginary island of FC Barcelona, and then takes a cab around the nation, where everything is influenced by, and made up of, the famed soccer club.
The whole video is necessary viewing, but here are some of our favorite moments.
1. The Neymar Wink
Neymar joined FC Barcelona this offseason when the club purchased him for around $75 million from Santos, a club in Brazil. The commercial shows off the 21-year-old star’s charming side. Look at him!

2.  The entire Neymar / Pique interaction.
The tension between Neymar and Pique is palpable in their short scene together. So much so that I think Pique’s girlfriend, the singer Shakira, may be concerned.

3. The Neymar fist pump
Neymar really steals the first part of this commercial. Not only is he the biggest signing of Barcelona’s offseason, he seems like a pretty charismatic dude.Thumbs up, Neymar.

4. Iniesta and Sergio Busquets as muralists
I like that Busquets managed to keep his head clean.

4. The Puyol movie poster
Me Puyol, You Game. He definitely looks a bit like Tarzan.

5. The “Tiki” and “Taka” street signs
Very subtle little moment in the commercial, but one of my favorites. There are only two ways you can go in Barcelona: Tiki, or Taka. (“Tiki taka” is the name of the style of play Barcelona made famous, that emphasizes short passing and possession.)

6. Gary Lineker as the cab driver
Almost as subtle as the street signs, this cameo appearance by Gary Lineker, the English striker who scored tons of goals for Barca in the late 80s, is for Barcelona completists.

7. Messi’s dance class
I want to learn this dance and bust it out at parties.

8. Messi’s inability to keep a straight face
While it’s easy to get caught up in the fact that he scores an ungodly amount of goals every year and has seemingly been around forever, it’s important to remember that Messi is only 26. Moments like these are a good reminder that he’s still ridiculously young.

9. Puyol’s plant header
Puyol would totally head a potted plant. This is the most realistic scene in the entire commercial.

10. The CGI Stadium
Even if you hate Barcelona, it’s hard not to get goosebumps as the players walk out at the end.

If you have 90 seconds to spare, this video is worth your time. Even if you don’t, watch it anyway. I’ve listed 10 things here, and there are another 30 to post, including the perfect song choice (Jackie Wilson’s ” Higher and Higher” ), the CGI of the island itself…ah. It’s all so good.
