Barcelona thrashed Santos 8-0 at the Nou Camp to win the Joan Gamper Trophy as their preparations continue for another European assault this season.
£48.6million summer signing Neymar was left on the bench against his former club, along with Manchester United target Cesc Fabregas, though the former Arsenal midfielder scored two goals in the second half in a committed display.
The diminutive trio of Alexis Sanchez, Pedro and Lionel Messi scored one each in the first half, while an own goal from Leo, strikes from Adriano and Jean Marie Dongou, and Fabregas' brace completed the scoring.

Barca have endured a mixed pre-season so far, losing to ex-manager Pep Guardiola's Bayern Munich side before dismantling Valerenga and drawing with Lechia Gdansk.
Samba superstar Neymar made his debut in the 2-2 draw in Poland, and him and World Player of the Year Messi seemed to be having a joke before the forward's first game in front of the Catalan faithful.
The La Liga champions put out a frightening first XI containing Andres Iniesta and Xavi in midfield, edging out former Arsenal midfielder Fabregas, who has yet to play for the team since returning from the Confederations Cup.

Tata Martino's new side produced dazzling football and wowed home fans with their passing and moving yet again.
Messi started the rout with a composed finish in the eighth minute, and soon after Dani Alves' powerful cross was turned into his own net by Leo.
The Argentinian magician later turned provider, setting up Chilean winger Sanchez, before Pedro cooly finished a Jordi Alba cut-back.
Neymar's arrival at first time came with huge cheers from the crowd, though one man, wearing Santos' Brazilian rivals Internacional's logo on his clothes, stormed onto the pitch. It seemed as though he was confronting the young star, and had to be dragged away from the pitch.

A SPECIAL MOMENT FOR ANNA VIVES...

Barcelona's stars wore special edition shirts in their friendly match with Santos.
The famous jersey featured a unique typeface designed by 28-year-old Anna Vives.
The initiative is being promoted by the FC Barcelona Foundation and the Itinerarium foundation.
Vives, who suffers from down syndrome, has been nominated for various awards for her work, but nothing can top seeing her design across the backs of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Andres Iniesta.
The shirts will be auctioned on eBay to help raise money for Itinerarium's BOX21 project which supports people with learning difficulties.

That didn't stop Barcelona running riot again though, as Fabregas - who was full of running in the shirt - scored two, and nearly scored another from a free kick.
Full-back Adriano has built a reputation for scoring goals from defence, and he bent in another goal in the 75th minute to make it 7-0.
And seventh heaven wasn't enough for Barca. Messi's replacement, teenager Dongou converted an easy opportunity to give Martino a dream start to his Nou Camp reign.
