Santos striker Neymar is likely to sign for Barcelona, according to former Brazil international Roberto Carlos.
Neymar, who is out of contract in 2014, has been linked with Barca for some time.
A number of clubs have been linked with the 21-year-old over the past twelve months, including Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus, Manchester City, rivals Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, and last week reiterated that he wants to leave Santos and join a top club in Europe.
Barcelona are widely seen as favourites to win the race to sign the £50million-rated Brazilian, and compatriot Carlos believes a move to Camp Nou is almost certain to happen.
"I have spoken with him," Carlos told Al Jazeera.
"He should have left Brazil already in my opinion. I believe that Barcelona have a 90 per cent chance of signing him."
The former left-back also dismissed suggestions that Neymar might not be able to play alongside Lionel Messi.
"He is able to adapt to any situation," he added.
Reports in Spain in recent weeks have suggested Barca could launch a bid for Neymar at the end of the season.
