Ronaldinho expressed satisfaction that he is a major influence in the careers of Neymar and Lionel Messi . Ronaldinho praised Messi and Neymar while preparing for the match between his new club Atletico Marino and its rival Nautico.
Ronaldinho made his declarations in an interview with Globoesporte in a h/t to an article by Daniel Edwards for Goal. The declarations by Ronaldinho about Messi and Neymar had the underwriter thinking about what would happen if Messi and Neymar were paired together at FC Barcelona .
The idea of the two playing together at La Blaugrana has its pros and cons. At the same time, the question arises of whether Messi and Neymar will be together at Barca.
The Pros
Jorge Messi, who is Messi’s father, told RAC1 in a h/t to an article by Luis Mira of Goal about the great rapport between his son and Neymar. The possibility of the two being paired in La Blaugrana could be based on rapport.
Neymar could learn from Messi the Barca style of playing football. The relationship could result in more goals and wins for La Blaugrana.
The idea of Neymar and Messi at Barca seems too good to be true.
The Cons
The concept of pairing or comparing Messi and Neymar may be a disaster waiting to happen. The two football personalities have backgrounds and experiences that are totally different.

Messi is the current astro of football and FC Barcelona. The five goals scored by Messi during the UEFA Champions League match between La Blaugrana andBayer Leverkusen is testimony to that reality.
According to Sports Today , Neymar cannot even be compared to Messi because of the latter’s greatness in football and training in the Barca academy. Neymar would be totally out of place in a duo with Messi at Barca.
Conclusion
It is doubtful that Neymar will be paired with Messi at FC Barcelona. Neymar is under contract with Santos until 2015. Neymar would be an expensive acquisition for FC Barcelona.
The reason is the buyout clause of $79m for Neymar added in the contract with Santos. FC Barcelona is not going to risk problems with the UEFA Financial Fair Play rule for Neymar.
It remains to be seen what will transpire between Neymar, Messi and FC Barcelona.
