Brazilian sensation Neymar, a reported target for the likes of Barcelona,Chelsea and Manchester City, has hinted a possible move to Europe during the summer transfer window, claiming he will move when 'the time is right'.

Reports in Spain claim former Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola is planning a €100 million bid to bring Neymar to Bayern Munich at the end of the season, while Manchester United have also been previously credited with interest in the 21-year-old.

It has previously been claimed that Neymar has already agreed to join Barcelona, while compatriot and Camp Nou Dani Alves star has fuelled these rumours by suggesting a switch to the Catalan giants is all but agreed.

But Neymar has dismissed these reports, and the Santos forward claims only he will decide when the time is right to secure a much-awaited transfer away from South America.

"It's the talk of those who don't know my life," Neymar told Sport . "I have already said: if I feel the time is right or best, then why not? It's something for me, it's personal. No one else is part of this."

He added: "What if I say that Lionel Messi is coming to Santos? [Dani Alves] is a great friend and I appreciate what Daniel says but I'm happy here at Santos."

Along with Barcelona and Bayern Munich, Manchester City are reported to be planning an approach for Neymar in the summer, as Roberto Mancini strives to transform the Etihad Stadium club into title challengers.

Chelsea and Manchester United , meanwhile, appear to have a longer standing interest in the young Brazilian, with the latter linked with a move for Neymar on the final day of the summer transfer window last year.
